Terms and Conditions

Check-in & Checkout of the Villa:

Check-in is normally at 3:00 pm. If the villa is empty and we don’t have any other guests checking out on your day of arrival, you may check in at any time.

CHECK-IN: When you arrive to your villa, you will be greeted by your villa manager who will do your check-in almost like at any hotel.

You will fill out a check-in form and photo ID is required for the check-in.

DEPARTURE

Check-Out is at 11:00am.

Guest hereby represents and warrants that upon Departure, the Property shall be returned in the same condition as the time of Arrival.

Please confirm your departure time with the property manager/owner. If the Guest would like a late check-out, he/she must confirm in writing, with Dominican Republic Villa Rental, and will be subject to availability. If the rental property has not been vacated by 12:00pm, a fee of $125 USD per hour will be assessed to the Guest. Any stay past 3:00pm will be charged the equivalent of an additional rental night.

In-house Staff At Your Service:

You have a villa manager who will be in the local area every day, and you have a full time daily maid service, a butler and a chef included in your rental. The staff will be available for you throughout your vacation and will be at your service. The villa manager is your “go to” for anything you need. He/She will help you with anything you may need, and assist you with booking of tours, transportation, tee-times, dinner reservations etc. if you haven’t booked these from home. Your maid will be in charge of cleaning the unit, making your beds, and otherwise assisting you. If you have any special requests for the staff or any food allergies, please inform the staff of these as soon as possible.

Grocery Shopping During Your Stay:

If you want us to do the grocery shopping for you, ahead of time or during your stay, we will be happy to do your shopping for you. Please contact us if you should require our assistance and remember that we charge a 15% shopping service fee on the total amount of your grocery bill.

ALL INCLUSIVE

If you choose the all-inclusive meal option (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner plus unlimited bottled water, soft drinks, tea, coffee and 1/2 bottle of white or red wine per guest will be served at the desired time), please note that this only includes meals and beverages prepared and served in the villa and only for the persons registered in your party. The all-inclusive includes lobsters, shrimps or steaks and is not valid in any restaurants, bars, etc., outside the villa. For the all-inclusive option, you must choose to have a chef for the duration of your stay.

RATES

Rates are based on season, room type and number of guests. Rates are per night and do not include tax or hotel service charges if applicable. Each reservation is for a specified number of guests and/or rooms. Additional fees apply when the specified occupancy and/or rooms is exceeded.

DEPOSIT

A non- refundable deposit of 50% of the rental price is due at the time of the reservation (Minimum stay is 3 nights ,they shouldn’t be able to book it for less than that)

CANCELLATIONS

  • If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation within 24 hours from the time of the booking the payment will be refunded in full .
  • Payment for additional services may be refunded if cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  • Reservations made less than 14 are due in full at the time of the booking and are not not refundable.
